Inspiring Young Minds.
Building a Better Tomorrow.
The future workforce starts with the kids who can't yet see themselves in it.
The Eden8 Foundation is a private non-profit operating foundation endowed by the Tuchen Family Charitable Fund. We design and build innovative community-focused education programs that expose and inspire all children to career pathways for a future-ready workforce.
Aviation, aerospace, Advanced Air Mobility, drones, robotics, sustainability, and transportation represent some of the fastest-growing – and best-compensated – fields in the country. Most students in underserved communities never encounter them. We exist to change that.
We support the development of Career Technical Education and training. We believe the traditional education model hasn't evolved quickly enough to keep pace with innovation or reflect how learning happens in the real world. Our programs are designed to inspire kids while building confidence, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
"Our education systems can no longer afford to remain abstract, siloed, or disconnected from how we learn, work, and solve problems today. The future requires learning models that are adaptive, interdisciplinary, and designed to build curiosity, resilience, and real-world problem-solving skills from an early age."
Three pillars. One mission.
We support future generations through innovative education programs, community development, and arts and culture integration. Every program we build is evaluated against these three interlocking areas of impact — they are not separate initiatives. They are the same work, understood at different scales.
Education
Standards-aligned curriculum. Animation-forward content. Programs designed to engage students before they close the door on careers they've never been shown.
Community
Partnerships with schools, districts, local organizations, and industry leaders that build lasting infrastructure – not one-time events – in the places where the need is greatest.
Culture
Shifting what students, families, and communities believe is possible for them. Long-term change in who enters technical fields begins with a change in who sees themselves there.
Mighty Tails™ – where aviation meets animation.
An original animated series and standards-aligned K–5 curriculum that introduces young learners to aviation, drone technology, and the science behind flight. Built for underserved classrooms. Designed to stick.
