We operate programs.
We build futures.

The Eden8 Foundation is a private nonprofit operating foundation dedicated to building the future workforce through education, career pathways, community, and culture.

Who We Are

A foundation that builds programs, not primarily checks.

The Eden8 Foundation is a private non-profit operating foundation endowed by the Tuchen Family Charitable Fund.

Our work centers on a clear and urgent gap: too many young people in underserved communities reach adulthood without exposure to the careers that will define the new economy. Aviation, aerospace, Advanced Air Mobility, robotics, sustainability, and Career Technical Education (CTE) represent some of the fastest-growing – and best-compensated – fields in the country. Most students in underserved communities never encounter them.

We exist to fix that through sustained programs that meet students where they are – in classrooms, in communities, and at every stage from kindergarten through career placement.

Our Focus

Three pillars. One mission.

Every program we build is evaluated against three interlocking areas of impact: Education, Community, and Culture. These are not separate initiatives – they are the same work, understood at different scales.

Education

Standards-aligned curriculum. Animation-forward content. Programs designed to engage students before they close the door on careers they've never been shown.

Community

Partnerships with schools, districts, local organizations, and industry leaders that build lasting infrastructure – not one-time events – in the places where the need is greatest.

Culture

Shifting what students, families, and communities believe is possible for them. Long-term change in who enters technical fields begins with a change in who sees themselves there.

Workforce Development

From early exposure to livable-wage careers.

The Eden8 Foundation takes a long view. Our programs begin with K–12 students but are designed to support learners through apprenticeships, certifications, and career placement.

We focus on sectors where the workforce shortage is acute and the career pathways are well-defined: aviation maintenance, certified flight instruction, drone operations, aerospace engineering, and Career Technical Education. These are not entry-level jobs. They are skilled, in-demand careers with strong wages and long-term stability.

The gap is not one of talent. It is one of exposure, access, and investment. Eden8 addresses all three.

"The Eden8 Foundation is a private non-profit operating foundation endowed by the Tuchen Family Charitable Fund."

As a private operating foundation, we deploy resources directly into our programs rather than primarily distributing grants to other organizations. This structure gives us the flexibility and accountability to build programs with the depth and continuity that lasting change requires.
